What happens in case of a dispute?

In case of a dispute between the buyer and seller, they will need to handle it directly through arbitration or legal action. Our platform provides credible information as a neutral party that can be used to make a case against the defaulting party. The basis of law in case of legal action will be New York state law, which is widely used in international contracts and English Common Law via Abu Dhabi Global Market(ADGM) courts in case of UAE domestic contracts. Once the court reaches a verdict, it will need to be executed through a local court in the defaulting party's country, as is common for all international contracts.
